INTEGRATED MARKETING SPECIALIST
The position will be responsible for media strategy, planning and buying; grassroots and acquisition marketing; and research and reporting for the Center for the Art of Performance at UCLA (CAP). CAP produces 40-50 events/season.

ASSOCIATE RENTAL EVENTS COORDINATOR
Under the general direction of the Rental Events Manager (REM), the Associate Rental Events Coordinator (AREC) at CAP UCLA works on the administration and coordination of approximately 60 theater rental events per year at various UCLA venues, primarily Royce Hall, UCLA's landmark building and one of the nation's premier concert halls. These events include concerts of all music types, dance, theater, film shoots, screenings & premieres, award shows, fundraisers, memorials, religious services, conferences and private events.
The Associate Rental Events Coordinator focuses on rental client services and handles the logistics required to execute a successful event. The AREC coordinates with rental clients as well as with numerous campus departments including UCLA Theater Management Services (TMS), UCLA Central Ticket Office (CTO), UCLA Parking Services, UCLA Special Events and Protocol, UCLA Recreation, UCLA Music Department, UCLA Theater, Film & TV, and the UCLA Events Office to plan and carry out event details
