New York’s Sarah Kinsley creates imaginary worlds and alternate realities through her music, inviting listeners to escape. A leftfield pop singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, she plays piano, synth, guitar, ondes Martenot, glass bowls, and violin on her debut album Escaper. Before signing a record deal, she gained attention online with self-written, self-produced tracks — most notably a viral video responding to the myth that “women don’t produce music.”
Classically trained in Chopin, Debussy, and Ravel, Sarah merges orchestral discipline with the grand emotion of pop. Her songs bloom with lush string arrangements and dramatic build-ups. Named a "Vevo Artist to Watch" in 2024, she’s performed for sold-out audiences across the US and Europe. The young crowd greets each song like an old favorite, traveling miles to experience the communal magic of her live shows. For Sarah, each performance is a space where imaginations are unlocked and wonder takes center stage.
